We would like to inform you that on January 11th there will be a scheduled maintenance window for deploying the new Buzzeasy Release.

During this time all Buzzeasy components will be operational, but we do anticipate degradation of service during key moments of the deployment. Also, please note that Wallboard data will be reset during the deployment.
After the release, please refresh the agent login page using Ctrl+F5 to benefit immediately from the latest features and fixes.

After extensive testing done by the Buzzeasy QA team, performance concerns were raised with the current release. As such we decided to postpone it until all concerns are addressed and thoroughly tested. The new maintenance window will be communicated on the Buzzeasy status page by the end of this week. We thank you for your understanding.
