We’re excited to share that Buzzeasy is transitioning to Graia, our new brand identity that reflects our continued growth and long-term vision. While our platform, team, and services remain the same, we’re updating our look — and with that comes a change in our domain names.
As part of this rebranding, two of our platform URLs will be changing this Saturday, 12/07/2025:
Old URLs
https://agent.buzzeasy.com
https://portal.buzzeasy.com
New URLs
https://agent.graia.ai
https://portal.graia.ai
When users attempt to access the old URLs, they will be automatically redirected to the new graia.ai equivalents.
What You Need to Do:
If your organization uses network restrictions (e.g., firewalls, proxies, or DNS filters), please make sure the following domains are whitelisted:
- agent.graia.ai
- portal.graia.ai
Automatic redirection:
Anyone visiting the old Buzzeasy URLs will be automatically redirected to the corresponding Graia pages.
No disruption:
All functionality, features, and credentials will remain unchanged.
No other changes:
Aside from the new URLs, nothing else is changing at this time. Your login details, features, and workflows will remain exactly the same.
This notification will be followed by an outbound support ticket sent to your organization’s registered contact(s) that will provide a direct channel for any questions, feedback, or assistance you may need regarding this change.
