Dear Buzzeasy Customer,
We would like to inform you that on 03.11.2021, starting at 05:30 UTC, there will be a scheduled maintenance window for deploying a voice service hotfix that will address the high rate of abandoned calls showing on the Wallboard real-time feed.
During this window, all Buzzeasy components will be operational. A short service interruption may occur during the deployment.
After the release, please refresh the agent login page using Ctrl+F5 if you encounter any issues.
