During this time all Buzzeasy components will be operational, but we do expect a short service interruption during key moments of the deployment.
Please note that one of the deployment steps requires all agents to be logged out for a short period of time, so the agents that are logged in during the deployment will receive a notification in the web client and then will be logged out. In up to 5 minutes, agents can refresh the login page using Ctrl + F5 and then log back in.
